Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the sound from the air conditioning unit kicking on every 10/15 minutes was like a jet engine taking off, prompting us to seek out another passageway to our room. Moreover, upon entering the room, we were immediately met with bites that left welts, redness, and itching—a truly unpleasant experience. However, the service was a positive highlight, with very polite and helpful staff (despite the hiccup of not finding my reservation even though they had charged my account weeks earlier). The location was quite nice, close to many restaurants and even a Chick-fil-A, which proved very convenient for breakfast. One downside was the issue with critters in the room that bit me upon entering, but overall, the location could be a great spot for various activities, including being close to the Buccaneers Stadium. Additionally, the dining offered by the hotel was superb, especially highlighted by the Cuban bread selections and ample food for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy for me to get ready for my conference. However, the noise from the adjacent room kept me up until late. The location was convenient, close to downtown, but the poolside noise was a downside.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to various dining options. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. The service was a mix of helpful and rude encounters. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was a plus, but being on a busy highway posed some noise issues.
